A challenging remodeling project has brought life to an innovative space. What was once a lifeless office space has now been transformed into two independent apartments. Each one opens up to a central courtyard, illuminated by natural light and accompanied by greenery, an oasis in the middle of the city. The minimalist style is reflected in the simplicity of the lines, making it rustic and authentic. The wood, used throughout the space, adds warmth and texture. It is a project that demonstrates that remodeling can be a process of transformation and renewal.
