In the heart of the city, 'Prolijamente desprolijo' is an architectural manifesto that fuses the unexpected with the sublime. An old Chinese supermarket transforms into a bodegón restaurant that challenges conventions, creating a space where contradiction is the norm. The entrance tunnel is a threshold to the unknown, and in the end, the space unfolds in a play of contrasts that invites us to explore and discover. Architecture is a dialogue between order and chaos, where food becomes a pretext.
